- “It’s hard to imagine a CEO who couldn’t benefit from Mitch Russo’s broad experience and penetrating insight. Even when I was certain I had the optimal plan, and all my bases covered, Mitch would invariably uncover yet another angle or approach. Moreover, at times he has identified flaws in my most basic assumptions which compelled me to rethink an entire project. And thank goodness for that! With his help and guidance, I have become a much more effective and confident CEO. I can honestly say that I value Mitch Russo’s advice more highly than anyone else I know. To say his coaching is invaluable would be an understatement. For me, it’s utterly indispensable.” Sept 18, 2006 - Lloyd Merriam, President CoLinear Systems

Thanks again.” - Dave Greeley; Desire Creation Marketing Expert and Consultant.
(This is in reference to my work as a recruiter starting up the Recruitment Division of Chet Holmes International) - -
Mitch is a magician! Could he, being in Boston, really find me a superstar salesperson in California? For a niche healthcare specialty staffing firm? Who lives within a reasonable driving distance to our office? The answer is no, he didn’t find one - he found TWO! Two very strong candidates with amazing work histories and qualifications. Mitch located them (and sifted through numerous others) in less than six weeks time. (For another position I’ve been working with another recruiter for 6 months and she is just now starting to produce candidates.) It is my hope that my business will expand to need more superstar salespeople so I can work with Mitch again! - K. Jones, President
From a Staff Member at Business Breakthroughs:
THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO MITCH. You probably know but aren’t told ENOUGH (if ever) how much you mean to our Company. I know it is usually all about Chet (and rightly so in that he is our product, our service, our Leader…) but I just want you to know I’m aware of what it takes - not every detail of course – but the commitment, decision making, politics and visionary leadership… it takes a special personality and a special person.
From Tony Robbins:
You’re a superstar Mitch! Extraordinary job, extremely well done! You demonstrated the power of really listening to the customer without judgement & they often solve their own problem. U owning it. It would be great if u would consider training others on the team with your skill! It’s a privilege to have u as a partner! Tony
